"Seattle vocalist Felicia Loud is about to go back in time. The Central District resident and current vocalist for hip-hop group Black Stax is starting a month long residency this weekend where she'll be portraying the late blues and jazz singer, Billie Holiday. That's an incredible task to take on but I can't think of any other urban soul singer locally that could pull it off besides her." -By Jonathan Cunningham
