Maniacalm’s “Never Forget You” feat. LALA Makes AOL Radio’s Top Ten for 2010

New York City/July 27 2010 – Maniacalm’s single “Never Forget You” featuring LALA ranks No. 9 in AOL Radio’s Top Dance Songs of 2010 (So Far).

“While Top 40 acts can draw huge crowds, they are dwarfed by the size and scope of today's rave and dance parties, which have reached monumental proportions...if the ratings on our Top Dance station are any indication, you'll be movin' to one of these dance tracks,” states the AOL Radio Blog of the list that was published earlier this week.

“Never Forget You” featuring LALA peaked at the No. 5 spot on the Billboard Hot Dance Airplay Chart and is playing nationwide. Maniacalm recently performed at Party 105’s Mega Jam and is scheduled to hit the Jersey Shore this weekend.

Maniacalm is a New York-based dance music duo comprised of DJ/producer Damian Major and songwriter IzReal Medina. The name Maniacalm, maniacal and calm wrapped into one, is a perfect representation of these seemingly opposite artists.

Damian sets the trends on the decks of New York City’s posh nightclubs and IzReal is a street certified hip hop artist and songwriter from Brooklyn. While they've both had their share of individual success, with IzReal gaining Top Ten Billboard status with hip hop group Tomorrowz Weaponz and Damian touring the globe while placing his music on major networks including Warner's CW and ABC, Maniacalm is, without a doubt, their most powerful project to date. In an era when the lines between genres are blurred this team has the perfect background for a knock out combination.
