Music Fans Receive a Valentine’s Week Gift from R&B/Pop Duo Steelo as Love Song “My Queen” Hits iTunes

Seattle-based R&B/pop/hip-hop duo Steelo’s urban love song “My Queen” hits iTunes today, in honor of Valentine’s Week.  “My Queen” features Billboard Top Five recording artist Izreal Medina and is the first single off their upcoming EP “Neon Gray,” which is due out next month.
“My Queen” is an intra-continental collaboration that started with a beat by San Francisco’s Freddy Stylez, followed by lyrics and vocals provided by Seattle’s Steelo and New York’s Izreal Medina.  The song was arranged by Seattle producer Illoquint and mastered by Eclipse Studios in Chicago.
Steelo first reached out to fans with a contest that encouraged women to celebrate who they are on a dedicated My Queen facebook page, following which one was randomly selected to receive a custom MAD COLOUR clutch and a specially designed earrings from Divine Brilliance.
“‘My Queen’ celebrates the women in our lives. They are our Queens! It’s been a group effort and those around us have really rallied to help us promote.  From donating items for the giveaway and getting the song to radio to just giving us feedback,” says A.Uno of Steelo.
About Steelo
